Luke Emmess is Head Chef at The Wykeham Arms in Winchester and has worked with Fuller’s for over 11 years. His cooking blends classical technique with a modern approach, focusing on seasonal ingredients and bold, refined flavours.
He gained national recognition as a finalist on MasterChef The Professionals, showcasing his skill, creativity and consistency at the highest level.

Luke Emmess has built a strong reputation within the industry, competing in the prestigious Roux Scholarship and being named Fuller’s Chef of the Year in both 2016 and 2019.
He currently holds 2 AA Rosettes, recognising his commitment to consistency, quality and excellence. His achievements reflect both his technical ability and his dedication to continually pushing his craft forward.
